Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Link-Craft (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Link-Craft provides a white-label platform that allows Minecraft server operators ("Server Operators") to offer their players ("End Users") a portal to link Minecraft accounts with Discord and Microsoft accounts.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

• Server Operators must subscribe to a paid plan (Starter or Pro) to use the platform beyond the free tier limits.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your admin credentials.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Resell access to the Service without our express written permission.
• Violate Discord's, Microsoft's, or Mojang's Terms of Service through your use of Link-Craft.

5. Data ownership

End User data (account links) generated on your server remains yours. Link-Craft acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controller responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your End Users.

6. Uptime and support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee any specific SLA on the free or Starter tier. Downtime for maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link-Craft's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practical. You may delete your account at any time via the admin dashboard or by contacting us.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders.
